Yes! Media is a DBA (doing business as) of Satterfield Marketing LLC. References to "Yes! Media," "Yes! Media by Satterfield Marketing," "we," "us," or "our" throughout this policy refer to Satterfield Marketing LLC, operating as Yes! Media. We are a results-focused creative advertising and media agency based in East Idaho.

• Preferred consultation date and time if you provide it
• Account credentials (email and password) when you create a client, employee, or admin account
• Payment information processed through Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
• Hours, project notes, and goals entered by employees in the employee portal
• Files, logos, and media you upload through the client or admin portal

We also collect standard usage data through server logs, including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Contact form submissions are retained in our admin system until manually deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing colton@yesmedia1.com.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use a session cookie (yes_media_session) to keep you logged in to our portal. This is a strictly necessary cookie.

Our website may use standard advertising pixels from Meta (Facebook) and Google for retargeting purposes. This means that if you visit our site, you may see Yes! Media advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms as part of normal digital advertising activity. You can opt out of this type of advertising through your Meta ad preferences, Google ad settings, or by using a browser extension that blocks tracking pixels.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication tokens, and access controls. Passwords are managed through Firebase Authentication and are never stored in plain text. Payment data is processed entirely by Stripe and never passes through our servers.
